BOWLING FUNDRAISER REPORT (DECEMBER 28, 2014!)

The Sigma Lambda Beta Alumni Network of West Michigan Teams up with CLUBHOUSE International

[GRAND RAPIDS], Mich. December 29, 2014

On December 28, 2014, the brothers of Sigma Lambda Beta’s Alumni Network of West Michigan hosted a charity bowling tournament at BAM Entertainment Center in Holland, Michigan. The event was held for the benefit of CLUBHOUSE International, a Grand Rapids-based nonprofit dedicated to community development in Zimbabwe. Participants paid an entrance fee of $20 and $25 for students and non-students respectively, and all proceeds over $10 per participant went to CLUBHOUSE International.
The event raised $250 for CLUBHOUSE International, and the money will go towards the CLUBHOUSE Scholarships that will fund ten primary school students in Zimbabwe for the 2015 school year. Mixed Roots Collective, a Grand Rapids performance arts company, donated the first prize of two free tickets to their next show in the summer of 2015.

Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the afternoon and support our cause!
